1. INTRODUCTION

http://www.givemecosmetics.com (referred to as the "Website") is owned by Spon Global Ltd

By placing an order on this website you agree to the below Terms, Conditions and Purchasing Terms which will create the sales contract, between yourself and us at the point of order confirmation and acceptance.

Our existing offers under Spin the Wheel does not include clearance items or selected lines


2. PLACING AN ORDER

- Add the products you want on our website to your basket
- Once you have added all items you would like to purchase, proceed to checkout
- You must provide accurate billing, shipping, email addresses and all other required details. If your shipping address is incorrect, you and you alone will be held entirely responsible. No refunds or redeliveries can be made in the event that an incorrect shipping address is provided.
- Review the order before you complete the purchase
- Submit your order and you will receive a confirmation via the email address you provided at checkout.


2.2 ORDER ACCEPTANCE AND CANCELLATIONS

All orders submitted by you are subject to acceptance by Give Me Cosmetics. We may choose not to accept your order at our own discretion. Examples of when we may not accept your order are as follows:

If Products are shown on the Website but are not available;
If we are unable to obtain authorisation of your payment;
If shipping restrictions apply to a Product ;
If Products shown on the Website contain a manifest error such as being incorrectly priced or are otherwise incorrectly described ;
Suspected fraudulent activities.

Because we start to process your order as soon as it is submitted, it is not possible to cancel your order.


3. QUALITY AND MAINTENANCE OF PRODUCTS

Minor differences in colour and other variations in Products are possible as a result of different image acquisition, display technologies or other technical reasons. Product packaging may vary from image shown. Give Me Cosmetics is not liable for these variations and deviations.

Give Me Cosmetics draws your attention to the safety and caution warnings printed on the packaging of each product. Give Me Cosmetics is not liable for any damage resulting from incorrect handling of Products, including handling contrary to the instructions.


4. PRICE AND CURRENCY

Prices displayed online should usually automatically adjust to reflect your geographical location. For example, if you reside in the USA, the currency displayed should adjust to USD. This also works for AUD, CAD, EUR and other major currencies.

You can also select your local currency via the menu tab on mobile or via the user icon at the top of the home page.

All prices quoted at the payment stage are in Great British Pound (GBP).

The stated prices include VAT (20% Value Added Tax).

Give Me Cosmetics reserves the right to change, limit or terminate any special offers or discounts at any time, including promotional codes and gift cards. Including the right to adjust the price of any product at any given time without further discussion. Give Me Cosmetics may also reserve the right to prevent customers using discount codes on existing sale price items. 


5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

All orders made on the Give Me Cosmetics website are dispatched from Liverpool, UK to the shipping address you provide at the checkout stage, orders are delivered on business days; excluding bank holidays and national holidays.

You must provide billing, shipping, email addresses and all other required details accurately. If your shipping address is incorrect, you and you alone will be held entirely responsible. No refunds or redeliveries can be made in the event that an incorrect shipping address is provided.

We aim to dispatch orders on the same day (not including weekends or public holidays), when the order is placed by 2pm.

In the circumstance that your item is returned to us due to an incorrect address, delivery is not possible to deliver due to no one being home or the item is sent back to us after not being collected from your local depot within 18 days; We will then send you an email to organise shipping the item back to you. If you do not respond to this email within 40 days we can not provide a refund on this item. However, we will still be able to provide the item which will be reshipped at cost to the customer.

Please note, we are currently facing extensive delays due to the extremely high volume of orders placed during Black Friday. We kindly ask that you remain patient whilst our team work around the clock to dispatch all orders as quickly & efficiently as possible. 

STANDARD UK 5 DAY SHIPPING :

    • Standard orders for within the United Kingdom should be dispatched within 3-5 working days when orders are made before 2pm. If orders are made after 2pm, your item/s will be dispatched the following day. Delivery costs to the UK are £3.99 (set amount with additions of weight etc). This excludes bank holiday’s and weekends, these days are additional. Busy sale periods may take longer.

 

24 HOUR TRACKED SHIPPING :

    • 24 Hour Tracked delivery is also available to select at checkout for 5.99. The item will be dispatched the same day providing orders are placed before 2pm. This service does not include weekends or bank holidays. Please note, if orders are ordered on a Friday, please consider that there is a possibility that your order may not arrive until Monday at busy periods with our courier service.

Please ensure all details are submitted correctly at the check out point. In the event of any incorrect details being submitted, the customer will be held solely responsible for any further charges (re-delivery etc). Delays will occur if incorrect details are submitted. 

International Delivery

International orders should be delivered within 5-10 working days, but could take up to 30 working days.

Please note:

Any orders placed for a location outside of the EU, your order may be subject to import charges and taxes. These charges are applied when the order reaches the local customs office of the intended destination. Please note that we have no control over these charges and so we cannot predict the amount as charges will differ depending on the value of the order. When placing an order from our website for any international location, you will be responsible for payment of any potential import taxes and duties. For any information regarding potential charges, please contact your local customs office. We will not be liable or responsible if you do not pay any import duties or taxes. This also applies to any orders returned to us from any destination outside of the EU.

We kindly remind you that you must comply with all relevant laws and regulations of the country of destination for the ordered products. We will not be liable or responsible if you break any such law. 


6. RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

We offer exchanges within 10 days of purchase if you have received an incorrect or damaged product. Strictly no refunds or exchanges are offered on any non-faulty items, due to hygiene and health and safety reasons.

If you require a refund or exchange because the product(s) is not what you ordered or is otherwise damaged, please let us know by visiting our Contact Us page and sending us a message. Please provide your order number in order to ensure prompt resolution.

Exchanges are usually processed within 7 business days. Please allow up to 3 weeks for your exchange items to be delivered back to your shipping address.

Refunds are usually processed within 7 business days. Please allow up to 3 weeks for your refund to reach your bank account.

If you require a refund because the product(s) is not what you ordered or is otherwise damaged, we will refund you the price paid for the goods by you, including the standard delivery charge (we will not refund any additional cost paid for premium delivery).

Please Note: We will not provide a full refund if goods show signs of unreasonable use. In such circumstances, we will notify you that a reduced refund amount will be available or you can choose to arrange for such goods to be returned to you within 28 days of our notification.

If you have received an incomplete order you must contact us immediately with photographic evidence showing how the parcel arrived, along with the items and the invoice included inside the package. We will not be able to resolve such complaints without the necessary supporting evidence.

Is my Subscription and Website account the same thing? 

No, they are two different accounts. If you have a subscription with us, you can access your subscription portal through the email confirmation sent to your inbox. Alternatively, you can contact our customer services team and they can send you a link to your portal. 

Your website account (that will contain your points, order history and tracking) can be found on our website here. This does not contain any information regarding your subscription. 


8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All trademarks, service marks, logos and trade names which appear on Give Me Cosmetics products, product packaging and/or on the Website, whether registered or not (the “Trade Marks”) remain the exclusive property of Spon Global  Ltd. You may not use, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, or modify any of the Trade Marks in any way, including in advertising or publicity pertaining to distribution of materials on the Website.


9. CUSTOMER CORRESPONDENCE

We aim to answer all emails within 72 hours. However, this may take longer during busy periods. 

Amendments to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to make changes to these Terms and Conditions at any time.

The use of this Website as well as any purchase agreement between you and us, will be subject to the version of the Terms and Conditions on this page at the time you place an order or browse our website.

12.  CLEARPAY

We offer you the following Buy Now Pay Later payment options through Clearpay. Payment is to be made to Clearpay

  • Pay in 4 instalments 
  • Payment to be taken every 2 weeks.

Clearpay lends you a fixed amount of credit so you can pay for your purchase over 4 instalments, due every 2 weeks. Ensure you can make repayments on time. You must be 18+ and a permanent UK resident (excl Channel Islands). Clearpay charges a £6 late fee for each late instalment and a further £6 if it’s still unpaid 7 days later. Late fees are capped at £6 for orders under £24 and the lower of £24 or 25% of the order value for orders over £24. 13. GIFT CARDS

Once purchased your e-gift card will be sent directly to your inbox. Your e-gift card can be saved in your inbox, forwarded, printed or stored in your phone wallet

It is vital that you make sure you get the email address correct! If the gift card is mistakenly sent to the wrong person who then uses it, there isn’t anything we are able to do. Triple check the email before you purchase.

Sometimes email spam filters can hide emails from your inbox, if you have trouble locating your gift card email, simply search ‘Give Me £x Gift Card’ in both your inbox and spam folder

Give Me Gift Card's will expire 2 years from the date of receipt.

Gift vouchers cannot be used to purchase Give Me Gift Cards , Your E-Gift Cards are none transferable and non-refundable

Give Me reserves the right to cancel any Gift Vouchers in its sole discretion where fraud or misuse is suspected.

14a. Discount Codes

All Birthday discount codes are automatically generated exactly 1 week prior to Birthday. The same code will be emailed on the birthday date however the code is one use only so if you have already used the code before your birthday the code will no longer be valid. 

All discount codes are disabled between November/ December/ January due to the heavy seasonal discounts already implemented on site.

Any products noted in product descriptions are not included in any discounted offers 

14b. Spend & Save offer

In the event of a Spend x Save X Offer, terms apply to order basket value only and does not include postage costs. E.g - Spend £35 - Get 20% off Exc Delivery Charges, Spend £45 - Save 30% off Exc Delivery Charges, Spend £65 - Save 35% Exc Delivery Charges.
