 FAQ's Regarding Subscriptions;

1) When will my subscription be sent out? 

A: Your subscription will be dispatched the same day that you place the order providing your order is made before 3pm. Orders placed on a bank holiday/weekend will be dispatched on the next working day. All orders are sent using a 48-hour TRACKED Royal Mail Service. 

2) Is Free UK Delivery valid for every month of my subscription? 

A: Yes. All monthly/bi monthly subscriptions come with FREE UK DELIVERY! It's one of many perks in our subscription service. (This is not valid on your first month if your basket includes other non-subscription items). 

3) Can I cancel my subscription?

A: Yes, you can cancel anytime after the second payment. Our subscription is a minimum of two months/payments. Cancelation must be 3 working days before the payment is due to be taken. 

4) Can I change my subscription?

A: Yes. If you wish to change how regularly you receive your subscription, simply login to your customer portal area. The link/email for this was sent to the email you provided at the point of purchase. 

5) Can I still order items separate to my subscription? 

A: Yes. You can order as many times as you wish, your subscription will not be affected and will still be dispatched for delivery on the same date every month. 

You can also add subscription and non-subscription items to your basket to ensure the delivery is dispatched together. 

6) Can I pay for my subscription using Klarna/ buy now, pay-later schemes? 

A: No, subscriptions allow payments using bank cards, credit cards, PayPal are all valid methods of payment. 

7) Can I change my address for my subscriptions

A: Yes. You can change your address but it has to be at least 3 days before your item has been dispatched for renewal. 

8) Can I skip a month instead of cancelling? 

A: Yes, you can skip a month if you wish. Simply login to your customer portal area. The link/email to do this was sent to the email address you provided on the same day of purchase. 

9) Can I change the payment date?

A: Yes. You can change the payment date - your subscription will then be amended to the same date. 

10) Q: When do I get my FREE Subscription? 

If you are a part of our subscription plan with our selected products.You will receive your 6th Subscription order for FREE! Your portal will inform you how many orders you are away from claiming your free box and we will also send you email notifications!

*Please note your first order is not classed as a subscription order. Your next recurring order will trigger the subscription journey and will class at subscription number 1.
