Celebs are Rushing to Home Salon Treatments

Celebs are Rushing to Home Salon Treatments

Over the past year, it has been so difficult to keep up with our beauty treatments at home, with salons & spas shutting as quickly as they re-open, we, the public, have been left to find alternative ways to maintain our beauty regimes. As a result of this, people have had time to delve deeper into self-care and discover ways in which we can maintain a healthy glow in our skin, hair & bodies from the comfort of our own home. It may have been originally thought that beauty routines & self-care were practiced mainly for aesthetic purposes, but the pandemic has certainly shown us that self-care means so much more to us mentally than it does physically.

Loose woman, Stacey Solomon showed us a snip of her self care routine on her Instagram Story. Emphasing the importance of having time to yourself when you are a mum or working hard during lockdown to recharge but also remind yourself that you are doing the best you can in this situation.

Whilst she made herself a cup of tea, applied her hydrogel pink eye patches and the Give Me Hair Mask to her auburn locks; Stacey praised herself for allowing time to treat herself away from her responsibilities as a parent.

On her social media, the daytime talkshow panelist repeated to herself whilst letting her coconut & argan oil hair mask soak into her hair - ‘I am not dumb, I am not useless, I am not an idiot, I am not a mess, I am not hideous, I am doing my best’. Really powerful words that need to be repeated continuously during these unprecedented times.

We are all struggling with what is normal but we must all reassure ourselves that we are doing the best we can and we all deserve to treat ourselves to some selfcare right now.

Solomon doesn’t seem to be the only celeb mum out there struggling during lockdown. Baby Spice herself, Emma Bunton, expressed the obstacles she faces with having to look after her own hair as well as having two children.

Following on from hurdles of parenthood & a life high in the media, Soap stars, Michelle Keagan, Catherine Tydesley, Charley Webb and Jen Metcalfe have all recently expressed the difficulties that come with a high demand job and currently having to look after their own beauty treatments.

To keep their hair in good condition whilst the salons have been shut, the celebs have all revealed their hair care routine secrets of using Give Me’s Argan Oil & Coconut Oil Hair Mask.

By restoring nourishing oils back into their exhausted hair, the deep conditioning mask works to develop shine and softness with regular use, meaning the gap between haircuts may become less painful.

Paired with the Argan Oil & Coconut Oil Shampoo & Conditioner. You can relax knowing that the next trip to the hairdressers won't feel as daunting. You might even leave your stylist intrigued to know how your hair stayed in such good nick!

The imporatance of self-care is to do something to make you feel better about yourself. Use this extra time at home to work on things that make you happy.
